How Does It Work?

LIVE VISITS

Call, text, or email (text and emails are better/quicker, but use whatever method you are comfortable with).

Send your proposed date, time, your time zone, character, type of visit, length of visit, if you are celebrating something, and your email address.

Once we confirm your date and time, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with payment information. Please fill out the email and return it. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your completed booking email. You will receive a confirmation from SFP from Paypal upon receipt of payment. Finally, you will receive a final confirmation along with your secured Zoom details.

GIFT: If you are choosing to order this as a gift, there are several ways it can be done, based upon whether the visit is a full surprise, or only a surprise to certain people. Just let us know it’s a gift!

PRE-RECORDED GREETINGS

Call, text, or email with your inquiry, including date you need the video by, character, and your email address. A booking confirmation email will be sent to you with payment information. Please fill out the email and return it. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your completed booking email. You will receive a confirmation from SFP from Paypal upon receipt of payment.

The video will be sent directly to the recipient via WeTransfer. We will receive a confirmation of delivery, and a confirmation of download.
