About

Jen is an actress originally from the Baltimore/DC area, currently living in Los Angeles. She began her career doing theater and indie films, then fell into her first performing job at a theme park. She has never let go of her theme park roots, as she continues to perform in theme parks to this day, when not booked on work elsewhere. After spending 7 years in Manhattan pursuing theater and gaining her AEA card, the family picked up and moved out west to Los Angeles!

In Fall 2019, she saw one of her lifelong dreams come to fruition. She began her very own Equity TYA theater company, known as Storybook Children’s Theater. The first show, “How I Saved Hanukkah”, was momentous for several reasons. For a first time producer, the run sold out. It is also one of the only known TYA plays focusing on Hanukkah. She found the book, turned it into a play, got the rights approved, cast the project, fundraised, filled the house, etc. It was a learning experience that helped shape the future of her theater. Unfortunately, Covid-19 put a hold on the 2020 season. During that time, she chose to rebrand as Storybook Family Playhouse. Audiences are hopeful to welcome SFP back in 2021!

While Jen does work herself as a performer, she also has a 5 yr old son with whom she works quite often! They work together quite often in commercials, industrials, films, print, and more. They are bookable together.

She joined Actors Equity Association in 2003, American Guild of Variety Artists in 2009, and the Screen Actors Guild in 2016.

Theme Parks

Theme parks began her professional performing career, and continue to be a major part of her performance life. She has performed at nearly every major theme park in SoCal, as well as others in the country.

Films

While most who know her in person see her as the kind friend, the love interest, on camera, Jen has been her fair share of murder victims, or other silent types, often cast due to quietly expressive eyes.
